Meet the Panelist
Jeffrey Cohen is a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (Skadden). Jeffrey has served as a leader at Skadden for over 20 years, and his primary focus is in global mergers and acquisitions. Jeffrey is also a leading M&A anf private equity attorney in Southern California. He graduated from UCLA School of Law in 1988.
Cara Sims is an associate at Skadden. She went to Stanford Law School to acheive her J.D. and graduated in 2020.
Natalie Alameddine is a partner at Blank Rome LLP. She primarily practicews labor and employment law. Natalie represents employers in single-plantiff and class action suits. She handles a variety of cases including discrimination anf wrongful termination. Natalie graduated from Hastings Law School in 2013.
